To organise and deliver a high standard of training events, using experienced, knowledgeable trainers.
Accessibility
To organise events in a variety of local venues with
full disabled access. Where possible support will be offered to remove any barriers to access.
Relevance
Training programmes will have target guidelines to ensure
users access training that matches their requirements. Events will be organised on a needs led basis to ensure the level
is appropriate.

Pricing
and Cancellation Policy
All events organised by the CVS Training Initiative are run
on a self-supporting basis. Any course which fails to reach this self-financing status due to a shortfall in attendees
may be cancelled. Any cancellations made by the Training Initiative will be refunded in full.
All training events are open to anyone who wishes to attend subject to the following pricing structure:
Voluntary/Community Groups - Advertised Price
Public Sector/Commercial Enterprises - Advertised Price + 50%
The following shall apply to akk bookings made:
Full bookings cancelled more than two weeks prior
to the event will not incur a charge.
Any bookings cancelled less than two weeks before the event will be
charged in full.
If you have booked a course and do not attend on the day for any reason, you will be invoiced
for the full cost of the training session.
All of the above also applies to ILA bookings. Additionally, If
you have booked a course using an ILA Learning Token and fail to supply the token within one week after the event you will
be invoiced for the full cost of the training session.
